1. Foodservice, National Account Beverage, Florida , Compensation: $100K-$130K + Bonus

Company is looking for a beverage manufacturer hiring expert in non-alcoholic foodservice beverage sales to be responsible for sales to the national corporate headquarters of major restaurant and fast food chains. 2. Senior Network Architect, New Jersey , Compensation: $110K-$130K

The Senior Architect is responsible for providing a variety of technical and non-technical consulting, project management, and advisory services for clients both inside and outside the company. The successful individual will have a broad technology background with proven experience planning, implementing, and supporting a large-scale, complex 24x7 global network consisting of open client-server technologies, distributed market data feeds, and electronic trading connectivity. Must have significant technology experience, preferably in a trading environment or financial industry, and an understanding of a number of technologies and disciplines including UNIX, NT, networking and technology operations. Prefer a valid CCIE certification. Requirements: 1) At least twice a year, the Senior Architect must write a white paper and make an area-of-specialty presentation in front of customers or at industry user groups; 2) A high degree of competency in one or more technical areas: security, systems, databases, applications development, telecommunications, or networking; 3) Minimum of 7-10 years relevant professional and senior-level experience, including previous technical management background; 4) Know how to gather, compile, and analyze data to make practical recommendations at the tactical or strategic level to executive management; 5) Must have strong support skills, recognizing client needs for current and follow-on opportunities. 3. Director, Banking Vertical , Georgia , Compensation: $100K-$130K

The Director of Banking Vertical Competency is responsible for providing key industry knowledge, direction, and trend analysis of the banking industry. This position will lead the strategic plan set forth by the Board in initiating and attaining significant growth for business process consulting within banking. With broad banking experience, the Director will be responsible for leading the IQ team in developing and executing key initiatives. Through the use of strong industry contacts, this industry leader will travel nationwide and participate in joint consultation/selling activities with other team members. Minimum qualifications and requirements: 1) 15 years of broad banking consulting experience; 2) strong banking industry networking contacts; 3) proven consulting management skills; 4) strong interpersonal skills; 5) able and willing to travel nationwide; 6) well-versed in Microsoft and PC software programs; 7) M&A and data conversion knowledge; 8) technical/systems knowledge and experience relative to banking industry; and 9) must have industry association membership(s). 4. Security Architect, New Jersey , Compensation: $115K-$130K

The successful candidate is accountable for commercial customer support in a consultancy capacity in a complex multi-tier architecture. Responsibilities include: security architecture review, security code review, and security policy and documentation development. The Security Architect will conduct security compliance/risk assessments audits and develop, implement and monitor global information security polices/procedures. Must have a general understanding of various information security compliance areas such as HIPAA, GLBA, PCI, and SOX. Must be familiar with how to secure network devices/systems, as well as the tools and techniques for exploiting them. Requirements: Must be fluent in network security tools such as: SNORT, NESSUS, ETHEREAL, MS Baseline Security Analyzer, MS Exchange Best Practices Security Analyzer, NMAP, and NETCAT. BS/BA degree and a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience, including previous technical management background, are required. CISSP, GSEC, CISA, and other relevant certifications a plus. 5. Principal Hardware Engineer, Florida , Compensation: $100K-$125K

The Principal Hardware Engineer's duties encompass designing and assisting with definition of requirements for various IP/communication products; determining systems specifications, architecture design, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility; and designing and developing high-speed circuits, digital/analog, signal quality, EMI/EMC, and board layouts. Must be able to map IP/telecom communications algorithms into hardware and/or DSP software, starting with behavioral floating-point models and progressing through fixed-point and bit-exact models, using bit-exact behavioral models to verify RTL and DSP FW implementations. Requirements: Must be experienced with system design tradeoffs, synthesis, static timing analysis, timing closure, scan, formal verification, BIST and JTAGs test techniques, and embedded memory. Must have experience with Xylinx and Altera FPGA designs, simulation and debug tools; schematic captures, VHDL, and C/C++ or assembly language developing device drivers and low-level diagnostic firmware in support of hardware development. The successful candidate should also have experience designing and developing digital telephony (T1/E1), WAN/LAN, and FXS/FXO hardware. Qualifications: BS (MS preferred) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent and 10+ years experience in designing and developing products involving embedded microprocessor and digital signal processing from concept through production. Must be fluent in CAD tools: PADS, ORCAD, Verilog-HDL - TetraMax, Hercules, Opus and Library Compiler a plus. This position will execute market development, sales and delivery leadership for company's west region mid-market clients. Must have proficiency in developing C-level channel and client relationships and identifying/closing business opportunities that utilize ISV/PSI partner offerings. Requirements: Must have CIO experience; a background in customer SW development and ERP implementations (either PS, JDE, Oracle or SAP); 3 years consulting/service delivery experience; 3+ service sales experience working with small enterprises/business partners; and an understanding of IT solutions, application implementation/development, and deal negotiations. Miami-based company is searching for finance transformation consultants for financial services/financial management practice. Qualifications: Must have prior experience in reengineering or process improvement projects related to budgeting, planning, or forecasting processes in a large organization, preferably in consolidation of division or corporate organizations; knowledge of financial planning tools such as Hyperion Planner is a plus. Requirements: 6-10 years of progressive experience in the finance and/or accounting division of a large-scale corporation (or 6+ years of financial management consulting experience); tier one, tier two or Fortune 500 consulting experience; process improvement skills relating to budgeting, planning or forecasting processes; and recent experience within the financial services sector.
