DIRECTIONS to J.M. Wanes & Associates

From I-4 and I-275 South Bound:

Follow I-4 to I-275 South. Take the West Shore exit and go RIGHT. Follow West Shore Blvd North and cross Boy Scout Blvd/Spruce Street. Corporate Center One at International Plaza is on the Northwest corner of Spruce Street and West Shore Blvd.

From I-275 North Bound:

Take the Kennedy Blvd exit and follow it east to West Shore Blvd. Turn LEFT onto West Shore and follow it north through several stop-lights to Spruce Street. Corporate Center One at International Plaza is on the northwest corner of Spruce Street and West Shore Blvd.

From Veteran’s Express Way South Bound:

Take the Airport/Spruce Street exit and go east, staying on Spruce Street to West Shore Blvd. Turn LEFT at the light. Corporate Center One at International Plaza is on the northwest corner of Spruce Street and West Shore Blvd.

From Airport:

Take Spruce Street exit when exiting Tampa International Airport. Follow Spruce Street east bound to the West Shore Blvd intersection and make a LEFT. Corporate Center One at International Plaza is on the northwest corner of Spruce Street and West Shore Blvd.

Parking Instructions:

There are three parking areas available to clients and guests, two of them are uncovered at either end of the L-shaped building. If you choose the covered parking area, we recommend spaces from levels two through five, as there are no ‘reserved’ spaces on these levels. There are elevators and stairs leading to the first floor, with easy handicapped access in and out of the garage and building. We also recommend entering through the main central lobby. It is easier to find Suite 200 that way.
